How many times have you tried to delete a file from your computer and received this message.
No matter how hard you try it just will not delete. Well now you can delete the awkward files easily with this little utility called “Unlocker”
The software is freeware, meaning it is not atrial version and requires no payment to use it. There is however a paypal donate button, so it would be good to give them a donation however small.
I tried the software and it works great, deleting the files I selected with ease. The site is here

Just received the magical email
“your order has been shipped”
The Instant Adsense Templates package should be here on Friday morning, delivered by the nice man from Fedex.
Use This FREE Tool to Increase Sales by 912% to ANY website – Instantly!… Click here!
It may be sad but I am quite excited at the thought of setting up new sites and maybe actually earning some money with adsense. Does anyone know exactly how many copies of the instant adsense templates were sold?
One of the reasons I purchased this package is because they only sell a limited amount of copies. I would like to know how many though. If you know please post it on here.
I bought Instant Adsense Templates October 19, 2006

I have been trying to make some money using Google Adsense for a few months now. I have not had much success to be honest with my balance standing at just over $40.
As you can see, I am not retiring anytime soon with this sort of result. I have been following the writings of a Mr Joel Comm, an American guy who claims to make over $20k a month from Adsense revenues. He has released products such as The Adsense Code, Adsense Secrets and a product named Instant Adsense Templates.
I have not read the books but have read reviews of them which always seem to be favourable. In a moment of weakness, I was drawn in to the hype of his latest release of Instant Adsense Templates. The product is a collection of optimized templates for html websites, blogs, php websites and more. They all contain optimal adsense placements and allow for inclusion of other money makers such as Clickbank
I ordered on 10th October and as yet have not received anything in the mail. The product actually comes on 2 cds because it is too large for download. I am not prone to spending money on this sort of item and it was a big step to purchase it. I only hope it will help to create a steady source of revenue and at least return the money I have invested in it.
Joel Comm seems to be honest and decent enough to mean what he says. It remains to be seen if my money was well spent and I will update as soon as I have more information.
A refund from Pipex! October 16, 2006

Has appeared in my bank account. It looks like it may be the difference they owe me from when I left them way back in July! It’s only taken over 3 months for them to sort it out. I have not received any notification from the Pipex people at all to explain this cash refund.
I hope this may be the final chapter in a very ridiculous situation of a large company not being able to keep it’s affairs in order. I have now been with my new broadband provider (bethere) for 3 months and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with both the internet connection and speed (up to 24Mb)
They have very little downtime and that has only been for essential maintenance work. They always provide you with notification of impending downtime and the reason it is necessary. I have no hesitation recommending anyone to try them. If you have any trouble with this company, I would be very surprised and you will be in a very small minority.
Pricing is good as well with costs running at £28 monthly for me. That is with a static ip address and 24Mb broasdband. You do not get email with them unless you pay a little extra.
Anyway I have my £10.94 from Pipex and hope I never hear from them again.
Pipex must have forgotten me October 11, 2006

A quick update in the Pipex fiasco. I managed to get my bank to block any withdrawals by Pipex broadband. They still took the money from my account but the bank immediately took it back from them. Ha!
They have sent me no correspondence for weeks now and they still owe me a refund of approximately £20. It remains to be seen if they will ever actually manage to resolve this mess. They are the most unprofessional disorganised company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
If you are considering moving to Pipex broadband, in fact anything to do with Pipex, I would strongly advise against it. There are better deals available from companies giving far better customer service to the public.
Don’t do it! I learned the hard way and wish to save you the aggravation.
